Refund Policy

We want you to be pleased with your purchase.

Because many of our products are seasonal, perishable, or living/dormant plant material, all sales are generally final.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with the condition of your bulbs, corms, bare roots, or other plant material upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested so we can determine the best way to make it right.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for plant material that fails after planting due to weather, improper planting or storage, soil conditions, pests, disease, or other growing conditions outside our control.

Preorders: Preorder items reserve limited seasonal inventory specifically for your order. Availability and expected pickup or shipping dates will be noted in the individual product listing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

If Whitewater Creek Farm is unable to fulfill an order, the affected item will be refunded.
