Thank you for shopping with Whitewater Creek Farm. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms.

All products are subject to availability. Because many of our offerings are seasonal, quantities may be limited.

Preorder items will be clearly identified in the product description along with the anticipated availability date. When your order contains a preorder item, please refer to the individual product description for expected availability.

Plants, bare roots, bulbs, corms and seeds are living or dormant plant material. We take care to provide healthy, quality products; however, once planted, growing results are affected by weather, soil, planting practices, storage and other conditions beyond our control. For this reason, we cannot guarantee germination, growth or flowering after planting.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping and delivery information when placing an order.

Local pickup orders will be made available at Whitewater Creek Farm in Troy, Alabama. Customers will be notified when preorder or other pickup orders are ready.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order. Whitewater Creek Farm is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our control.
